Matt M reports about further information on the upcoming hp Pocket PC Phone!

The most recent photo of a hp iPAQ h6300 series device! Our friend Sean from Mobile Gadget News has had an interesting discussion with a user who spent a couple of days with a one of the prototype models of the upcoming hp iPAQ h6300 series Pocket PC Phone - the h6315!

"The 640x480 camera is very comparable to that of the XDAII.  The device had 64MB of RAM and 64MB of ROM.

[..] holding the 6315 with your eyes closed felt just like holding a slightly heavier 2215.  It was a bit more square but was about the same size and the case felt like the same material, just slightly heavier.  The battery is definitely bigger.

He was able to confirm most of the specs thrown around the web over the past few weeks except that the device may or may not have [Windows Mobile 2003] Second Edition."

It's exciting to get some further confirmation on the specifications and picture we previously published from a draft brochure, and it's nice to have some comparisons with other devices! Visit Mobile Gadget News to read the article in full!
