An MTekk moderator is given an opportunity that makes everyone else (including the other moderators) very, very jealous.

The Xda Atom is stirring up an enormous amount of excitement on the MTekk forums. Over the past couple of months, this device has been growing in popularity within the MTekk user base and is receiving an increased number of mentions on other Windows Mobile fan sites around the Internet.

The new Windows Mobile device, which checks in smaller in size than the current Xda II mini, has been blessed with the following specifications:

  • Dimensions: 102 x 58 x 18.5 mm

  • Display: 320 x 240 pixels

  • Networks: Quad Band

  • Connectivity: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GSM/GPRS and USB.

  • Camera: 2MP with built in flash

  • Processor: 416MHz Intel

  • OS: Windows Mobile 5.0

  • Extras: Built in FM Radio, Video Recording and Playback, Built in Stereo Speakers

It is with great honour that MTekk can announce that one of its moderators has been invited to get up close and personal with this device and the all important people that should make it available in the not too distant future.

We are not willing to tell you which moderator has the privilidge, or on what date the meeting is going to occur for fear of you stalking them, however, we do promise that it is soon. If you have any specific questions relating to this device, make sure you ask them in the forum thread attached to this editorial (but please don't be asking which moderator or when).

There are Xda Atom details at CNet Asia and ThreeGMobile.Net.
