Hi,
I hope this is in the right spot.
I have a USB GPS, having issues, running on XP.

In the program GPSinformation, when i click "scan com port" it comes up

COM1: NO Device
COM3: NO GPS Receiver
COM4: NO Device

so it knows that there is an item there, but cant see the GPS device itself.
any help?
cheers
rfmoore

I hope you have already solved your problem. I have TT on a pda with its own GPS an Airis t620 so I'm not sure of your problem but as I understand computer systems and I'm no guru but the comports refer to serial connections so would be of no use to a usb connection. Is there a place which asks you to connect to a usb port. To enable you to transfer data to a usb device you may have to use activesync which can be downloaded from the Microsoft site. I hope I'm not teaching you to suck eggs.
