As suggested by several sites last week, including Cool Smartphone (who published the first pictures), the device which was being called the MPx300 is actually called the MPx, and was formally announced by Motorola today at 3GSM in Cannes. This ends a hectic week of speculation, and confirms what everyone was hoping for - the device can be used both horizontally and vertically, making it the most innovative design for a Pocket PC Phone (or Windows Mobile device, for that matter) yet!
