Motorola MPx specifications have surfaced on the Motorola Germany website, which reveal that the device does indeed run on the Windows Mobile 2003 platform - so it looks like the Windows Mobile 2003 service pack featuring landscape mode that I speculated about here may indeed be on its way.

In addition, Motorola MPx100 specifications have also been published that reveal that the phone will feature 64Mb ROM, 32Mb RAM, and a mini SD slot which permits up to 512Mb additional storage to be added.
The press release also reveals that the phone will feature a three-phase, super-bright flash for its 1.3 megapixel camera, and will be based on the Windows Mobile 2003 for Smartphone platform.
